Revolving stereoscope viewer (Alex Beckers)

Item is a mahogany table top viewer adorned with doric style pillars. Item has two binocular style viewers on opposing ends. The optical rear eyepiece allows for back to back slide mountings. Inside the object is a revolving metal belt that can be turned by the circular handle on the outside of the viewer. The revolving belt can hold a minimum of 30 stereographs. Within the viewer are 10 stereographs made of glass, tissue and paper with themes ranging from landmarks, landscapes, portraits, and interior decor.
