Therefore - more light!" This quote is indicated to be from materials from the Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union dated January 1987. The poster was produced in Moscow. The editors were M. Nedkova and I. Pechkin and the artistic editor was Yu. Leonov.
