History

Richard Ernest Rashley was born September 16, 1909 in Leicester, England. His family emigrated to Saskatchewan. He received his B. A.. B.Ed., and M.A. from the University of Saskatchewan. He served with the Canadian Army in WWII. He was also a teacher in various high schools in Saskatoon, eventually becoming an assistant professor at the University of Saskatchewan. He died November 11, 1975.
