Baldwin & Son was a photography studio and gallery in Wichita, Kansas, that was opened in the 1870s by photographer Nereus Baldwin, and run by him and his son, William Fred Baldwin. It closed in 1886 at the time of Nereus Baldwin's death.

Item is a cream cabinet card with gold letterpress at bottom, "Baldwin & Son/ 118 Douglass Ave., WICHITA, KAS." Photograph shows a man with close-cropped hair and a long beard, wearing a checkered bowtie and a plain suit. Back of card is pink.

Some surface abrasion to image at top right. Bottom corners of card are frayed. Overall discoloured card.
