Comprehensive development, and near term development plans

File consists of development plans for the University from 1969-1984. According to George Hume, Director of Campus Planning and Construction, comprehensive development plans stopped being required by the Provincial government in the late 1980s. However, a document entitled "5-year Capital Plan 1991/92 - 1995/96" and produced by the Department of Campus Planning and Construction in 1990, continued to provide similar planning information.
