[Parade]

Item consists of a photograph of a parade at 'Iolani Palace in Hawaii. At the front are flag bearers for Australia, United States of America, Hawaii, and another unidentifiable flag. Following behind the flag bearers is a marching band. To the side of the parade are spectators by the palm trees.

Social album

Brown paper cover, bound with brown string, embossed with word "photographs" in gold. Cover flaking. Black pages.

Themes include family and social snapshots. Many photographs are loose. Also includes some loose postcards. Some loose photographs and postcards have notations or messages with dates on their verso. Also contains a loose newspaper clipping, feature article titled: "A Half Forgotten Legend of the Genesee: How an Indian maid and her French lover leaped to their death in River's Bosom".

Dates include: January 1949, December 1952.

Item is a snapshot photograph of a group of women dressed to portray different countries, with banners for clarification. They are seated on a wagon as part of a parade. Above their heads a banner reads "VICTORY/ The BELL THREAD Co. Ltd/ HAVE YOU BOUGHT--" Beneath the float, more banners read "DOUBLE YOU LAST/ BUY VICTORY BONDS".

Item consists of a grey card with b& w photograph. Image shows a gathering outdoors on a large grassy space, with flags and drums and a horse on the far right. The large group is posed for the camera. Members of the Loyal Orange Lodge of Crandell, Manitoba, probably on a parade day. At bottom of image, handwritten (on negative), "L. O. L. CRANDELL 7/12/12".
