Biographical history
Lennie Scott-Webber was a faculty member and the chair of Ryerson University's School of Interior Design from 2003 to 2006. Prior to her tenure at Ryerson, Scott-Webber was a faculty member in the Department of Interior Design at Virginia Tech and has taught as an adjunct professor in several institutions. She was the Chair of the Department of Interior Design & Fashion and the Director of the iLab Research Centre at Radford University, Virginia, from 2008 to 2010. Scott-Webber has held numerous positions in the commercial design industry in both Canada and the U.S., including her position as the Director of Research, Education and Design Applications for the Steelcase Education Solutions Group, a post held since January of 2011. Scott-Webber earned her Master's degree in Interior Design and PhD in Consumer Environments and Interior Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
