The image depicts Lenin and Stalin shaking hands at the bank of a river, while a man waits beside them in a rowboat. The date on the verso reads "1953 March." Beneath the date there is more writing and one of the words translates as "east."

The album holds at least one hundred Soviet stamps, many bearing the image of Lenin. several loose sheets of perforated stamps are placed between some of the rear pages.

Off-white plastic frames with stands, with metallic gold front bearing the likeness of Lenin. Housed in plastic cases with transparent lids so image is visible. The frames are boxes that open. Three of four boxes have papers inside of them that include the title of the item, price and date.

A Russian government label depicts the Russian emblem and reads: "Special Tabacco Brand" and "Russia".
