Tibacimowin: Gathering of Stories

One copy of "Tibacimowin: Gathering of Stories" with Judy Finlay and the Honourable Landon Pearson OC. The book was published by the Provincial Centre of Excellence for Child and Youth Mental Health at Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. Stories were gathered from Elders and community leaders from Kitchenuhmaykoosib Inninuwug First Nation, Sandy Lake First Nation, Mishkeegogamang Ojibway First Nation, Fort Severn First Nation (Washaho Cree Nation), Eabametoong First Nation, Nibinamik First Nation, and Weagamow First Nation (North Caribou Lake First Nation).

Sub-series contains 2 copies of the Periodic Program Review for the School of Child and Youth Care for 2009-2011. Included with the report are copies of the peer review team report and response. The Periodic program review itself contains the self study report and appendices (faculty curriculum vitaes, course outlines, and documentation).

School of Child and Youth Care newsletters

File contains digital copies of the School and Child and Youth Care newsletter and online blog. It was initially distributed 3 times per year and then 2 times per year. There are also 2 hard copies of the Summer/Fall 2009 newsletter. In April 2011 the newsletter was replaced by the blog to "make it easier for students, staff, faculty, and the community to communicate and share information."

General Correspondence

File contains community announcements pertaining to the School of Child Youth Care. Included is an announcement about the appoinment of Dr. Francis Hare as Director of the Program, and a book reading announcement for "The First Three Years of a Grandmother's Life" by Carol Matthews.

An Exploration of Child Labour Through Visual Art

Three copies of the exhibition catalogue for "An exploration of Child Labour Through Visual Art". The exhibit was curated by Sabaht Anis and produced and disseminated by Dr. Kiaras Gharabaghi, the John C. Eaton Chair of Social Innovation and Director of the School of Child and Youth Care.
