As of 2014 tickets were sent electronically and are currently done using QR code technology. Because of the COVID 19 pandemic, programmes for the ceremonies stopped being published in 2020.

Sub-series contains textual materials created for convocation ceremonies. Included are tickets, instruction, and programs for each ceremony.
As of 2014 the tickets for the ceremonies went digital and as of 2020 programmes are no longer printed and tickets are now done by QR code.

This fonds contains a variety of textual, photographic, audio, and computer data records generated or acquired by Charles Oberdorf during the course of his life and multi-faceted career in television product, freelance journalism, and magazine journalism instruction.

Records received from Dr. Donald Gillies in his capacity at the School of Graduate Studies in the development of the joint graduate program, Communication and Culture, with York University. All of the records in this series take the form of emails printed from the account of Dr. Gillies.

Within this file is the correspondence for course development and faculty teaching assignments within the graduate program.

The file holds e-mail printouts of correspondence for the development of the curriculum and reading material for the graduate program being developed.

The file contains e-mail correspondence printouts primarily regarding the formation of a new sub-committee, the Admissions, Curriculum and Planning Committee for the Communication and Culture graduate program.

Correspondence, and lists of acting and production crews for various performances staged by the students of the Theatre School. These performances were a learning tool for first and second year acting program and technical production students.

Various photos of planning and construction of Community Park (1978) and Devion Square (1984). Several photos of Hod Meech (Devonian Foundation), Walter Pitman, Steve Moorhead and George Hume during several meetings in 1977. Photos of the Bird of Spring with its creator, Abraham Etungat (1977). In the second folder there is a picture of Gould Street during a TTC strike (1978) and many pictures of the official opening of Ryerson Community Park, Oct.13/78. Earlier that year in May, construction of the Quad was taking place.

Course related appendices from the earlier years have been removed and filed in the respective department documentation file. The Ryerson Union Fair was first held on Wednesday March 12, 1986. It was co-sponsored by the Ryerson Labour Studies Group, SURPI, and CESAR and had two faculty organizers - Phyllis Clarke and Myer Siemiatycki - from the Department of Politics.

File consists of T-shirts (2) gold with blue lettering, the front proclaims, "At Last!" while the back states, "Ryerson Polytechnic University"; graphic material stickers, cards, and pamphlets ; textual records "University Status Update distributions and two memorandum ; oversized memorda (2) university status update by Terry Grier for display.

Series contains materials relating to "Hospitality Update" an annual conference held at Ryerson. The conference is a national one for students in Hospitality and Tourism. Included are materials from the 1973, 1983, 1987, 1993, 1994, and 2000 conferences.

Fonds contains materials relating to all aspects of the Hospitality program at Ryerson. There are materials from the beginning of the program in 1951 and every decade since its inception but the majority of the materials date from 1970s and 1980s. Program run with the Ontario Real Estate Association and in co-operation with the Real Estate Institute of Canada. After dissolution of MDI, the program continued to run through the Continuing Education division.

Sous found contains materials relating to the Management Development Institute which was part of the Continuing Education division in the 1970s to the 1990s.

Series contains planning records and published materials relating to the creation of the Eaton School of Retailing's partnership with Ryerson.
The Eaton School of Retailing was a corporate entity with the T. Eaton Company Ltd and delivered corporate education within the company. The partnership with Ryerson was away for them to develop and deliver university level courses to Eaton's employees. The first phase of the program was certificates in Retail and Services Management I and II.
