Photocopy of a letter dated October 16, 1944 to T.C. Douglas, Premier of Saskatchewan, from David Lewis, National Secretary of the CCF, in which Lewis provides personal comments regarding Ed. Parker upon the latter's appointment as publicity director for the physical fitness program in Saskatchewan.

File contains a slim, hardcover course workbook with sample examinations, lesson plans, schedules, and notes related to teaching various classes in the Newspaper Management stream in the School of Graphic Arts and compiled by Ed Parker.

Edward Parker's memoirs

File consists of written reminiscences of Edward (Ed) Parker, Director of Ryerson's Journalism, Advertising and Printing Management Program (1948-1955). These accounts were written in periodic installments for the Ryerson Archives. They contain numerous anecdotes and reminiscences of general acquaintances, employers, colleagues, newspaper people, and actors whom Parker met and befriended during his career. Parker offers interesting observations of Howard Kerr, Ryerson's founding principal. This file contains the following memoirs:
