Printing plate and print of Reverend Egerton Ryerson

File contains a 16 cm x 24 cm (6.5 in. x 9.5 in.) engraved silver plate with image of the Rev. Egerton Ryerson used for the frontispiece of his book, "The Story of My Live" published posthumously in 1884; and, a 15 cm x 22.5 cm (6 in. x 9 in.) impression taken from the printing plate.

Scovill & Adams Company

View-Master Stereoscope with stereo reels

Item consists of a View-Master Stereoscope manufactured by Sawyers Inc., with 18 reels, and a View-Master Reel List catalogue of available View-Master reels, dated September, 1951.

Sawyers first introduced the Stereoscope at the New York World Fair (1939-1940). The 3D viewer is made of plastic and metal. Reel shows 7 diametrical, 16 mm kodachrome transparencies of famous global landmarks, characters from popular culture, major events etc. The push-down lever on the side of the viewer will rotate the reel one frame at a time. Reels are interchangeable and come with a variety of themes often ordered through a View-Master catalogue.

TDC Vivid 116 stereo slide projector

Item is large, cast metal, electric table projector for 4 x 10.16 cm stereo slides, such as those created with the Nimslo half frame or Kodak Realist 5 perf format. Produced by the Three Dimension Company (a division of Bell & Howell), the projector uses 2 500 watt bulbs.

The collection consists of more than 800 items featuring the image of Vladimir Ilych Lenin, the founder of the Soviet Union. There is a variety of media, including paper, textile, bronze, alloy, gold, clay, wood, porcelain, stone as well as books, posters, postcards, and 35mm black and white film. The collection was assembled between 1989 and 2003 in Moscow, Leningrad, Kiev, Vilnius and Kaliningrad. Toronto Normal School - Jack Crossen donation

Jack Crossen was born in 1920 or 1921 and died January 2, 2022 at 101. He attended the Toronto Model School where he athletic awards. At the age of 20 he volunteered for World War II and was enlisted in the 28th Canadian Armoured Regiment (CAC) and The British Columbia Regiment (DCO). A recipient of France's highest medal of honour, The French National Order of the Legion of Honour, for his military service during the Battle of Normandy and the final Liberation of France.

Pathéscope Baby (9.5mm projector)

Item is a cast metal, 9.5 mm projector for motion picture film. Designed for home use. It has a manual crank to advance the film, and a plug for a projection bulb (105-120 volt). This item is intended for Pathé's proprietary 9.5 mm Pathé Baby film cartridges (the sprocket is centered in the middle of the film between each frame).

Pathéscope 200 B (9.5mm projector)

Item is a cast metal, 9.5 mm projector for motion picture film. Designed for home use, public performances and clubs, or instructional use in classrooms.
It has a 105-130 volt motor. The film gate can be opened to easily thread the film throughout the driving mechanisms. It uses 9.5 Pathé Baby Film (motor drive has centre sprocket)

This projector uses 300 ft. reels (instead of the smaller 9.5 mm cartridges).

DEKKO (9.5mm projector)

Item is a cast metal, 9.5 mm projector for motion picture film. Designed for home use. It has a manual crank to advance the film.

It is meant for small 9.5mm film reels or film cartridges, but users could buy attachments arms that fit 300 ft. reels.
