Renovated in 1989 by Arcop Group into a mixed-use complex with condominiums, office space and retail/restaurant space. The renovation preserved much of the exterior.

Cube house, Sumach street

Photographs of the exterior of a building under construction, and two interior views looking out through the steel support beams, designed with 3 cubes balanced on their points on a rectangular concrete base. The idea was licensed from Dutch architect Piet Blom by Toronto entrepreneur Ben Kutner. Designed from prefabricated steel and glass, the houses were supposed to take advantage of otherwise unusable property space in Toronto like laneways and rooftops. The house has since been abandoned and the cubes are used for commercial signage.

Project binder describing the construction of the Côte Saint Luc Sports and Recreation Center in Quebec. The binder contains information on the architect, client, and consultants as well as a brief description of the landscape and the design influences, including the architects' incorporation of an existing pool pavilion adjacent to the building site. Floorplans and elevations are included as well as photographs of the finished building.

Don Mills, Don Mills Centre

Photographs from different stages of development of the Don Mills Centre. The strip plaza was opened in 1955 with a small number of shops, and it expanded in the 1960s to serve the growing community. A project was undertaken in 1978 to enclose the mall. One photograph shows the original outdoor walkways, and the second photograph is an aerial view showing the parking lot and the central Eaton's store.
