The building was purchased from Moore Business Forms by Kodak Canada in 1981 and housed Kodak's engineering offices from that date until its demolition in 1987 as part of the Toronto Expansion Program (TEP).

File includes documents pertaining to inspections of the Craig Street office, including documents and technical drawings related to the building's structural integrity and to a fire that occurred in an adjacent builiding in 1943.

Includes procedures for: purchasing, transferring, disposing and maintaining capital asset facilites; ordering maintenance repair; creating budgets; and others. Sub-sub-series consists of records pertaining to the purchase, construction, opening, and closing of the Kodak Plant in Brampton, Ontario from 1968 to 1987. Kodak purchased land for the site in 1968. Construction on the first building--the Distribution Centre--was completed in 1971. Kodak closed down operations of the Brampton plant in 1987 as part of its "Toronto Expansion Program," designed to consolidate Kodak Canada's facilities at its expanded Kodak Heights site. Many regional politicians were invited to attend and Ontario Premier William G. Davis helped preside over the ribbon cutting.
