[official Lithuanian cards, addressed to Mr. Comrade H. Puskunigiui]

Item consists of red note cards with graphic depiction of Lenin's face on cover and Lithuanian text within. One copy has the years 1917-1977 written on the cover, but the others do not. They are addressed to Mr. Comrade H. Puskunigiui. The copy with the years 1917-1977 congratulates him and his staff on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the October Socialist Revolution. Another card congratulates him and his staff on the occasion of the 59th anniversary of the October Socialist Revolution. Another card is an invitation to a formal sitting dedicated to the USSR State Construction Committee and construction and building materials industry workers' unions of the Central Committee of Red Flag. It was to be held at the Agricultural Construction Design Institute's Institute Hall on March 5 at 3pm.. The cards are issued and signed by Agricultural Construction Design Institute Director B. Rilys, party secretary A. Loda, local trade union chair J. Girdzius, Komsomol secretary A. Liksa.

The medals are gold to copper in colour, and hang from ribbons with pins on the back. The medals themselves have a profile of Stalin recto, a small hammer and sickle and star verso, and Russian inscriptions on both sides. Recto reads: Our cause is just. We won. Gold-coloured medals' verso reads: For victory against Germany during the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945. Copper-coloured medal's verso reads: For valorous work during the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945.

It starts at 11am." The invitation was issued and signed by Agricultural Construction Design Institute Director B. Rilys, party secretary A. Loda, local trade union chair J. Girdzius and Komsomol secretary A. Liksa.
