It is an example of one of Kodak's short attempt at instant film, prior to the loss of a patent infringement case with Polaroid in which Kodak was ordered to cease production of any instant film related products.

Interior reads: "The Communist Party of Lithuania Vilnius City Committee and Municipal People's Deputies Executive Committee invites you to attend a solemn ceremonial for the Soviet government foundation in Lithuania and the Lithuanian Communist Party 60th anniversary, which will be held on the 15th of December 1978 in Lenin Square. It starts at 11am." The invitation was issued and signed by Agricultural Construction Design Institute Director B. Rilys, party secretary A. Loda, local trade union chair J. Girdzius and Komsomol secretary A. Liksa.
