The Kodak Canada collection contains records and artifacts from the Kodak Heights manufacturing facility in Toronto, as well as the historical collection belonging to the Kodak Heritage Collection Museum. The collection consists of photographs, negatives, advertising records, magazines, pamphlets, daily record books, recipe books, cameras and other photographic equipment produced by Kodak Canada Inc., or other Kodak plants around the world. The collection includes a small selection of financial records, blueprints for Kodak facilities in Canada, and other corporate ephemera, as well as photographs of events, buildings and individual employees that illustrate the social life of the company.

Segmental anatomy of the lung in cross section

Item consists of a foldable brochure binder insert with images and information about the cross sections of lungs that is intended to make it possible to identify the segmental anatomy and localize lung lesions observed on a CT examination of the thorax. It was produced by the Department of Radiology, Toronto Division and University of Toronto and published by the Health Sciences Division of the Eastman Kodak Company.

Dufferin Children's Car Rally award

Item is a piece of pressed paper hung on a black background behind red and blue mats in a black frame. The pressing reads: "[Dufferin Children's Fund Car Rally logo] / oomanac / Corporate Challenge". A brass plaque mounted to the base of the blue mat is engraved with the words: "CORPORATE CHALLENGE WINNER / 2ND ANNUAL / DUFFFERIN CHILDREN'S CAR RALLY / SEPTEMBER 21, 1996 / ORANGEVILLE ON".

Ken Shaw classic

Item is a brass black with black laquer, mounted on brass, mounted on wood with a carved border. File contains a panorama of lawn bowlers posed outside of a Canadian Kodak Co. building, a panorama of anonymous Kodak employees, an image of men lawn bowling with the inscription "Testing Dept Lawn Bowling Party" inscribed on the verso, an image of Ed Herbert and Fred Rowe lawn bowling, and other aerial views of men lawn bowling.

Young adult gathering, employees at warehouse

File contains a collection of snapshots, all with borders and some with bevelled edges, that feature images from a gathering of young adults at someone's home or cottage. Additionally, there are images of employees inside a warehouse and office building. A photographer's stamp on the verso of many of the images reads: "W. P. Edwards / 26 Monterrey Dr. / REXDALE, ONT. 741-0192". Previously in green 3-ringed binder. Previous title: Camera repair 1950-1975

Kodak x-ray demonstration

File contains negatives featuring images of Kodak x-ray equipment and demonstrations of its use. There are examples including an x-ray image of a bell, a man at a monitor examining a human torso x-ray, men standing in a room equipped to take x-rays, and a woman preparing to be x-rayed and lying in an x-ray machine. Additionally, there is an image of an older Kodak building, of a box of one dozen Eastman Dupli-tized X-ray Films, and of a laboratory next to a window.

Instamatic X-15F

Item is a basic, hand held snapshot camera with black and brown plastic casing (some areas mottled to look like leatherette). It made exposures on 126 cartridge film. It features a brightline viewer and lever film wind. The original X-15 used Magicubes for flash photos. The F designation is for the updated model, which uses "FlipFlash". This model was one of the last Instamatics to use 126 film. In original plastic packaging (unopened). Includes strap and manual. Camera did not require batteries.

Item consists of a Kodak Cameo Zoom camera outfit, including camera, wristband, instruction manual and a roll of 12 exposure Kodak Gold Ultra 400 ISO 35 mm film for colour prints. The camera itself has a slim black body with rounded edges and a flip-up automatic flash that covers the viewfinder when closed. Other features include automatic film advance, self-timer, film speed selection, the option for panoramic format, a 25-50 mm power zoom lens. Gold text on the centre recto of the camera reads: CAMEO ZOOM. Made in Taiwan.
