Paulette Padanyi is a retired Professor of Marketing and a former faculty member in the Department of Business Management at Ryerson University from 1990 to 2002. Padanyi earned her BA and MBA in Marketing from the University of Florida and her PhD in Marketing from York University, Ontario. Her research interests include: market orientation and strategic marketing planning in the nonprofit sector;
volunteerism; and sustainable purchasing behaviour. After leaving Ryerson, Padanyi became a Professor of Marketing and Consumer Studies at Guelph University.
