1905 - George Eastman purchased the company and moved it to Rochester, Ny, renamed Folmer & Schwing Division of the Eastman Kodak Company.
1907 - The Folmer & Schwing Co. company was dissolved and came under the sole ownership of the Eastman Kodak Company
1917 - The division was renamed the Folmer & Schwing Department of the Eastman Kodak Company (Kodak's professional apparatus division, along with the Century Division).
1926 - The Folmer & Century Departments were sold,becoming the Folmer Graflex Corporation.
